Participation in the symposium can be done in two different ways: as an “Extended Abstract” or as a “Full Paper”.

All papers submitted to and accepted by the symposium will undergo an evaluation process conducted by at least two independent blind reviewers, in accordance with scientific ethics and quality standards.
Participation is limited, with priority given to doctoral students. Papers presented at the symposium will fulfill the relevant graduation publication requirement for students*.
Full texts of the papers presented at the symposium may be published as articles in our institute’s RASE Journal, following the peer-review process, upon the authors’ request.
*Having been presented (oral/poster) at a national or international peer-reviewed event.
